NeNe Leakes told her fans and multiple media outlets that she would not return to “Real Housewives of Atlanta” for the hit reality show’s eighth season, but several days ago it was confirmed that she will return in a guest role.
Her former friend Sheree Whitfield is also returning and although some suspected she would be gifted a peach, in the end producers decided to just give her more of a recurring role.
But it’s possible NeNe’s return could mean a decrease in screen time for Sheree.
Although things were going pretty good with Sheree’s return, sources are now claiming Sheree’s screen time may be getting cut down.
K! Magazine writes:
Whitfield’s return to the show has been marked with tons of drama, including claims that her promised full-time role was cut down to a part-time spot. And sources also claim her screen time has been cut down as well, with claims she’ll only be appearing during the first 11 to 12 episodes of the new season!
It’s possible this report isn’t true but only time will tell.
